Construction, project support and site delivery

My name is Tom, and I am the Director of TRM Innovations Ltd, a construction company specialising in extensions, loft conversions, refurbishments, commercial fit-outs and maintenance works.

Since establishing the business in 2014, I have built TRM Innovations Ltd around quality craftsmanship, honesty, reliability and exceptional customer service. With extensive experience across both domestic and commercial construction, I understand that every project is different and requires a carefully planned approach to achieve the best result.

At TRM Innovations Ltd, we take pride in delivering high-quality projects from concept through to completion. Whether we are transforming a family home with a loft conversion or extension, managing a full property refurbishment, or delivering a commercial fit-out, our focus remains the same: attention to detail, clear communication and a commitment to excellent workmanship.

We work closely with our clients at every stage, providing transparency, professionalism and peace of mind from the initial consultation through to final handover. Our reputation has been built on repeat business, recommendations and long-term relationships with clients who trust us to deliver work to a high standard.
